Cassidy Renfield has been shooting professionally since 2014. The studio sits at 247 Wythe Avenue, Studio 3F, three blocks from the East River, two flights up a cast-iron loft building. Two-hundred-plus weddings. Forty-some editorial commissions. Brand work for clients including Estée Lauder, Aesop and Cire Trudon.
A short biography
Cassidy trained at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in Manhattan in 2013 and assisted under three working editorial photographers across Brooklyn and the Lower East Side before going independent in 2014.
The studio is small and intentional. A single photographer for every commission. A single point of contact from inquiry to delivered album. No assistant covers the moments that matter.
The work has appeared in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Forbes, Inc., Fast Company, Brides, and Martha Stewart Weddings — printed only, not just online.
